Will Richey and Alejandro Perez, Jr. lead a Team of Artists, Athletes and Activators passionate about cultivating Social and Emotional Literacy in both youth and adults. Their dynamic, interactive keynote presentations, workshops and professional developments have activated audiences as diverse as Toyota, Dallas ISD Southwest Airlines, and more.Their work with youth, professionals, and audiences over the past 15 years has impacted over 500,000 people and activates joy, inspires depth, and offers meaningful reflection all while creating spaces for authentic connection.

DaVerse Lounge, our creative platform, is designed to inspire hope and human connection. We believe in the development of emotional intelligence so that our world can be a healthier place to live, learn, work and play.

15 years of experience in the world of emotional literacy allowed us to develop a curriculum that ensures educators are empowered to create spaces for authentic connection both with and between their students.
